Damn – this is exciting stuff! Slinky and sexy synths; solid beats; twisted melodicism; and an Aphex-Twin-meets-The–X–Files video. Good god.
In an odd way, Get Amongst It reminds me of Luciana Caporaso’s early electro collaborations. Fjokra’s music is filthy, sexy, intense, and forward-thinking – and it’s impossible to resist. Close your eyes, let yourself get swept away, and imagine what could happen if Fjokra and Luciana joined forces…
